Types of Classes
Mat Pilates: Practiced using your own body weight as the main tool. It focuses on strengthening the core—including the abdominals, back, glutes, and pelvis—while improving posture, flexibility, endurance, and mind-body connection.
Reformer Pilates: Guided sessions on the reformer that develop strength, mobility, and alignment in a precise and controlled way. Adaptable to different levels and individual needs.
Private Apparatus Pilates:
One-on-one sessions using Pilates equipment such as the Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, and other apparatus. These classes are fully personalized to support strength, control, rehabilitation, and alignment goals.
