Karla Deida
Coral Core Pilates is leaded by Karla Deida, a Pilates instructor with a lifelong background in sports and movement. Her passion for Pilates began in 2023 and quickly grew into a deeper commitment to teaching and sharing the method.
Karla’s personal experience recovering from a knee injury strengthened her belief in movement as a powerful tool for healing, resilience, and long-term well-being. Inspired by the ocean and an active lifestyle, she brings a grounded, mindful approach to every class.
