Karla Deida is an instructor in training bringing mat, reformer & apparatus classes and special events to studios across the west side of Puerto Rico — from Mayagüez to Rincón, Aguadilla, and Hatillo.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, Karla's classes are designed to meet you where you are and move you forward with intention, strength, and joy.
Her teaching philosophy centers on form, safety, motivation, and intention — "I want you to feel accompanied in each movement."
